BRUT NATURE 2020

Our Brut Nature 2020 is a sparkling wine from the Hageland, originating from our vineyard in Tielt-Winge. This cuvée is made according to the méthode traditionnelle, where the second fermentation in the bottle creates a fine and refined effervescence.

The wine is composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and is aged for at least 2 to 3 years sur lattes. After ageing, no dosage is added, resulting in a pure and dry style.

Dry, fresh and crisp, with fine bubbles and a clean finish.

Food pairing

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with oysters and seafood.
